Westminster is the County seat of Carroll County Maryland. The
population of the city of Westminster is almost 20,000. Westminster
is located in the Baltimore-Washington metro area. Westminster hosts
the summer training camp of the Baltimore Ravens at McDaniel College and
the Maryland Wine Festival at the Carroll County Farm Museum.
Westminster was founded in 1764 and incorporated in 1818.
